After a signed deal between the Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas and Khaled Meshaal of Hamas to form a new inclusive Palestinian Cabinet headed by Mr. Abbas, frustrated Palestinians circulated the following: "The head of the Palestinian Authority, Mr. Mahmoud Abbas, congratulates new Prime Minister Mr. Mahmoud Abbas on his new assignment and calls upon him to meet the Chairman of the Central Committee of Fatah Mr. Mahmoud Abbas in the presence of the President of the Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization, Mr. Mahmoud Abbas, at the residence of the Supreme Commander of the Palestinian Armed Forces Mr. Mahmoud Abbas."
